This diode pump YAG laser marker takes the diode laser array as the pump source.
Nd:YAG crystal produces a large of particle, which can release 1064nm impulse laser in the resonance cavity under the controlling of the Q switch. The scan system is composed by scan motor and lens.laser beam focused on the work piece surface on requirements under the computer's controlling, it can produce millions of high temperature which can cause oxidization and gasification on the surface of workpieces instantly, thus the laser burned mark is forever.
As the new generation pump sources for laser, it replaces Kr lamp and brings in higher
efficiency, smaller volume and longer life. Its quite applicable to continuous processes in production lines. Can avoid the disadvantage of stop production when replace kr. lamp.
